Alli Generative Workflows now queries Alli data directly with SQL or Ask Alli

FORT WORTH, Texas, May 6, 2025: Report data can now flow straight into Alli Generative Workflows. Teams can query their reports inside a workflow using SQL or Ask Alli, then use the results to trigger alerts and generate reports automatically, all within Alli, PMG's operating system for business transformation.

Getting report data into an automation used to mean exporting it first and shuffling files by hand. Now workflows query Alli data directly, and that manual step drops out.

What teams get

• SQL queries. Analysts write the query once, and the workflow runs it on every pass.
• Questions in Ask Alli. Teammates who don't write SQL ask for the data in plain language.
• Alerts. A workflow can trigger an alert from the data it reads, so a change doesn't wait for someone to spot it.
• Automatic reports. Recurring reports are generated straight from Alli data, with no export step.

Because workflows read the same Alli data as the rest of the team's reporting, the numbers in an automated summary match the numbers on the dashboard.
