Skills that compound in Alli4u

In Alli4u, a user browses skills in the marketplace, then uploads their own weekly restock digest skill with a description and tags. Install a skill in one click, or publish what works for the team to run. Each published skill becomes a shared tool, so nobody starts from zero.
